Womens Ministries
God created women with a need for relationships and fellowship with other women. The mission of CVC Women's Ministry is to provide our women with a variety of options and venues to get to know each other, deepen relationships, and grow in intimacy and knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Ladies' Bible Studies
Bible studies are currently offered on Monday afternoons, Monday evenings, and Friday afternoons.Two of our groups meet in homes where space is limited. However, the Monday evening group is held at the church and any woman in the community, who does not have a church home, is invited to attend. MOPS
MOPS is coming to CVC beginning October 6th and will meet every other Tuesday from 9:30 to 11:30 am. During MOPS meetings, you can enjoy fellowship, teaching, creativity, and time for yourself, while your child is lovingly cared for. In addition to the group fellowship and support, you will receive a variety of mothering resources, all to help you be a better mom. Registration is required and there is a fee of $25. There will be limited scholarship money available for mothers who need assistance with the fee. Please contact the church office for registration forms.
Ladies' Book Club
Periodically during the school year, ladies from the church have an opportunity to read a good book by a Christian author and then gather for an evening of food, fellowship, and discussion.
In the future, we hope to have other events for ladies, such as craft events, movie nights, pot lucks, retreats, etc.
